Please contact me within 4 days of you order if your bow is defective. I will get a new one out to you ASAP.
All computer monitors are different and some of the colors might look different in person than they do on your computer monitor. If you want to make sure you don't get any surprises please purchase a ribbon card here. It contains samples of all of the solid ribbons that I offer. We will not accept returns or exchanges if your color choices were not correctly chosen.
As long as the bows are handled carefully, you will not have any problems with them. However if they are mishandled, there could be many problems. Baby saliva tends to make glue loose after a little while...trust me, I know. Keep the bows out of the child's mouth because these bows contain small parts that are choking hazards.
